Medusa the Gorgon

Horrify Me and I have been working together for over ten years now, bringing countless dark, imaginative and of course GORY concepts to life, and every single project has been a rewarding experience.

As many of you already know, Horrify Me is an award-winning horror portrait photographer and in my opinion, the best in the field. What makes Rick’s work so special is the incredible passion he pours into every detail of his projects. He never stops pushing creative boundaries or finding new ways to transform ideas into something unforgettable!

As always, Rick handled nearly every part of the shoot himself, from makeup design and headpieces to photography and editing, bringing the concept fully to life.

We were also lucky to have the wonderful Jo Sharp MUA working on the body painting/make up , who brought such a calm and positive energy to the set.

The makeup process was long and detailed, but it was incredible to watch Medusa slowly coming into the final character.

It was a fantastic day of creativity and collaboration, and I couldn’t be happier with how the final series turned out.
